We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should you wish to return a product, please note our policy:
If you were sent the wrong product or if the product is defective, click here to contact our fulfillment department and your product will be immediately replaced.
If you are not fully satisfied and wish to return a product:
Contact our fulfillment department within 10 days of receipt of your item(s). At that time you will be asked to return any items purchased at your expense. Upon our receipt of the returned items, your credit card will be credited. It is necessary to contact our fulfillment office prior to mailing any purchases back as a return. We do not store credit card information, therefore, before a credit to your account can occur, your account information will need to be given to the office. Sorry, no refunds for MP3 downloads.
